    • To the recipient: the actual gift card with their code, amount, and your message

You do not receive a copy of the gift card email unless you intentionally enter your own email in the recipient field.

Can I send the gift card to myself instead?

Yes. Enter your own email in the Recipient Email field.

Can I schedule delivery for a future date?

Not at this time. Gift cards are delivered immediately.

Does the gift card expire?

No. Unscrewed Marketing gift cards never expire.

Will the recipient see my name and message?

Yes. Whatever you enter under Your Info appears in the gift card email.

Can I get a copy of the gift card email?

The system sends the gift card only to the recipient email, and the purchase receipt to the purchaser.  If you need a copy of the gift card email as the purchaser, reach out and let us know.

I received a gift card — how do I redeem it?

Your email includes a unique gift card code. Enter the code at checkout and your available balance will be applied automatically.

Do I need an account or login?

No. The code is all you need.

Does the balance belong to me or the purchaser?

The balance belongs to the gift card code itself. Anyone holding the code can use the remaining balance.

Can I check the balance even if I didn’t buy the card?

Yes. See the Checking Your Balance section below.

The purchaser didn’t get a copy — can I request one instead?

For security, gift card emails can only be resent to the original purchaser. They can then forward it to you.

How do I redeem the card on the website?

  2. Go to checkout

  3. Enter your gift card code in the Gift Card Code field

  4. Click Apply

  5. Complete checkout

If your balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the rest normally.

Can I use my gift card on a manual invoice?

Yes. If you receive a custom invoice, reply with your gift card code and the balance will be applied manually before you pay.
