After you complete checkout, you will be taken to the link for the required project submission form where you will enter all of the information you want included in your new email signature.
Note you can only submit this form once. Attempting to submit multiple times will delay your project and could overwrite previous information you submitted. Gather your info before submitting the form.
- After you submit the required form, we begin work.
- Once we’re done (usually within a few days), you receive your file via email.
- Review the file. You do receive one revision, so send back your notes OR tell is it’s complete.
- Once it’s complete (which is why you need to tell us!) you will receive instructions how to add this new signature to major email platforms (Outlook, GMail etc).
- You also receive a video showing you how you can make your own edits if you need to later – do this at your own risk. HTML is code and it can be finicky, and errors can ruin your email deliverability.
