Initial Prompt

Start a new chat in ChatGPT or your AI program.  (Be sure you’re signed in for ease of use).

If you have a paid version of ChatGPT that allows you to create a project folder, you might consider doing so and naming it Branding or similar. A couple of the other AI platforms paid version have similar folders.

Next, copy this initial prompt (everything between the horizontal ines below) and paste it into the ChatGPT.  The AI platform should NOT do anything yet, other than give you a message telling you it’s ready.

You will be acting as an expert with helping an entrepreneur establish their brand voice and communication, as I create a brand voice guide.

I will give you a series of prompts, one at a time, and after each one you should ask me 1-3 questions related to the prompt to help understand my brand. You will then summarize the important aspects from that conversation, and I will be putting that summary into the guide I am crafting. We may clarify a few additional points by me requesting you to ask more related questions, or by me providing additional information.  Then I will provide the next prompt for another brand-related topic.

First, I will share a bit of information about my business. You will review this information and then summarize my responses. You do not need to do anything else until I give you the information about my business.
