Answer These Questions

You’ve entered the first prompt into AI that teaches it how we’re going to do our project.

Next, use your Google document and answer the questions in the Initial Prompt section.  Keep the questions but replace the yellow highlight with your answers.

You do not need to get too detailed at this point.  Just provide the basics so that AI can understand what type of business it’s working with.  Then paste ALL of the text (both the questions and your answers) into AI.

(Also, don’t worry if text stays highlighted, when you paste into AI it will strip formatting.)

Here’s an example of my start:

Answer ALL the questions, then copy the entire section between the horizontal lines and paste it into ChatGPT.

Next, delete the initial prompt and instructions out of your Google document, and in it’s place paste in the summary that ChatGPT gives you
