How to Whitelist Our Email Address

Ensure You Receive Messages About Your Projects!

To make sure you don’t miss any important updates from us, follow the steps below to whitelist our email address in your preferred email provider. The simplest method is usually adding our email to your contacts—but some platforms may require additional steps.

Our email addresses that you should whitelist:

• Primary (always whitelist this one):

• Additional helpful (some of our automations may use these to send you information):

  • [email protected]

Gmail (Desktop & Mobile)

1. Open an email from us (or compose a new message to our address found above).
2. Hover over our email address and click “Add to Contacts”.
3. If our email landed in Spam, go to the Spam folder, open the email, and click “Not Spam”.

Outlook (Hotmail, Live, MSN)

1. Open an email from us.
2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
3. Select Add to Safe Senders or Add to Contacts.
4. If our email is in Junk Mail, right-click it and select Mark as not junk.

Yahoo Mail

1. Open an email from us.
2. Hover over our email address and click “Add to contacts”.
3. If our email is in Spam, mark it as Not Spam.

Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

1. Open an email from us.
2. Tap on our email address and select Add to VIP or Create New Contact.

AOL Mail

1. Open an email from us.
2. Click on our email address and select Add Contact.
3. If found in Spam, click Not Spam.

Android (Gmail App)

1. Open an email from us.
2. Tap on our email address and select Add to Contacts.
3. If found in Spam, tap Report as not spam.

iPhone Mail App

1. Open an email from us.
2. Tap the sender’s name and select Create New Contact.

If you’re still having trouble receiving our emails, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders and move our emails to your Inbox.
